Pads are provided for the connection to the two LEDs and the extra switch. See the photo below for connection from +5V using male to male jumper leads to the two LED pads. The pad for the extra switch, is right next to the S1 switch. You will see two pads right next to the text "R2". The one to the left is for the LED, and the one to the right is for the switch.
