Ordering Policy for Dontronics
Dontronics is an Internet based company and all orders must be placed through our Dontronics Shopping Cart order form.

As we do not advertise in Australia and only sell via the Internet, manual orders do not readily fit into our sales, marketing and record keeping methods. To deliver modern web based products at cost effective prices and minimal delivery times means we must use the full potential of the Internet.

We do understand the need for Government Departments and Educational Institutions to send a Purchase Order or credit card details by fax or payment by an alternative method but a Shopping Cart Order must still accompany this.

The Shopping Cart saves time in explaining to Administration Staff about price, daily varying exchange rates, GST, web downloaded software, gathering email addresses for software keys and software files, etc., and our Shopping Cart also automatically prints us a mailing label if required. It even works out any quantity discounts that may be available for you. We have found that only about 10% of faxed orders will have the correct prices quoted.

An email address allows us immediate communication with you if we need to verify any aspect of your order.

Payment by Credit Card and Australia Post COD
Where the payment has been made by credit card using the secure payment gateway or Australia Post COD, orders will be processed immediately and despatched on the next working day following receipt of your order.
 

Payment by Direct Credit
When paying by Direct Credit, orders will be processed as soon as confirmation of the deposit is received.  This can be confirmed by sending a scan of your deposit slip or bank lodgement receipt.  You must notify us either by fax or email of any payment being paid directly into our bank account, and we must be able to match this with an order received via the Shopping Cart.

If you do not have access to a scanner or fax, then just drop us an email advising that you have transferred a payment and we will advise you as soon as this appears in our bank account.

Please note:  There are many occasions where customers ask for bank details but do not proceed with a payment, so we rely on you to notify us of your payment as we do not follow up on requests for our bank details.  Faxes can be sent to : 03 9445 9202 or you can send us an email
 
 

Payment by Australian Money Order or Cheque
When the payment method selected on Checkout is by Australian Money Order or cheque, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as your Money Order or cheque arrives, and your order is processed.  Australian Money Orders and cheques can be made payable to Dontronics and sent to:

Official Purchase Order only available to previously approved Government Departments and Educational Institutions

Official Purchase Orders can be faxed through to 03 9445 9202 but no order will be processed until we can match it with an order sent via the Shopping Cart.

If you submit your order via the Shopping Cart and select the Purchase Order option on Checkout, your official purchase order can be faxed to 03 9445 9202.  As soon as we have received an offical order, we will process your order and you will be advised via email.

If any of your Administration staff have problems with our Shopping Cart and Checkout process, please email us as we will assist with whatever information you need to place your order.
