Dontronics Operation:
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Your email requests will be answered normally within an hour or two on Australian business days and times. Global emails may take 12 hours to respond to. If it is urgent, (Note*** Urgent)  then please send an email to both sales and support, as we may alternate tasks and operational times.

Direct all order and transaction queries to sales. Include the order number (#12345)  if applicable. This will help us enormously.

Support: (Don)
Click on the "Support" link, which is at the top of every product page. These Authors/Manufacturers, and Help Groups will answer all the questions, that aren't listed on the product page. If you ask for support, we usually throw these URL's at you, so please read these first, before sending us an email for any support.
All orders must be placed via the Shopping Cart. This includes Government, and Educational orders. We don't accept mail, fax, or phone orders.

You will need to send us an email to get the last two numbers. We get phone calls from overseas to our private residence at 03:00 at times. Many don't understand what the world is about, outside of their own country.
I would rather answer a support email than a phone call. In many cases, I will direct you to a URL, so an email is easier. Simply tell me what information you need, and I'll email you back fairly quickly.

Basically, we only use the fax to receive copies of personal identification for sales.
If you fax us an order, we either Fax, Phone, or Email you back to tell you that you must put in a shopping cart order.
Government, and Educational orders may also need to fax us a purchase order. There is provision in the shopping cart for purchase orders.

Customer Accounts:
Sorry, we have been operating since 1995 without the need for credit accounts. We don't have any accounts set up at all. If you need an account, then you are talking to the wrong people.
Government, and Educational orders are given strictly 30 days for payment.
