Shipping Costs
All of the Droids SAS products are shipped by Air Mail from the product Designer in Italy and shipping costs need to be added to the quoted prices. If you haven't added the "Shipping" item to your cart please click here to do so.

If you are purchasing other goods at the same time, you may need to check if postage is included in the cost of the product, or whether postal charges will need to be added for the additional purchases. Postage for these items can be added during the checkout procedure.
 

Insurance
Insurance is included in the cost of postage on all orders.
 

Courier and Express Postal Options
EMS Courier and other Express Post or Courier options are not available for these products.

Wherever practicable, all orders sent from Italy are shipped on the next business day after the order is received, otherwise they are shipped on the following business day.
 

Expected Delivery Times
Delivery times for orders shipped from Italy can be quite varied and it is difficult to provide an accurate estimate of expected arrival times. As this is new to our product range we would also like feedback for delivery times to provide as a guide to future customers.

You will be advised by email as soon as your order is processed and has been forwarded to Droids SAS in Italy for despatch.
 

Order Status and Tracking Numbers
International Orders: All Droids SAS products are sent by standard Air Mail through the postal system, so once an order is posted there is no method of tracking the progress of package and there is no tracking number.
 

Customs Duties/Excises
Droids SAS / Dontronics aren't responsible for duty and/or excise on any orders.
 

GST for Residents of Australia
As these products are manufactured and shipped from Italy, GST is not payable by Australian residents.

As GST is applicable to all products delivered directly from the Dontronics premises in Australia, the shopping cart should allow for this in the order totals.
 

Australian Taxation Office Ruling:
Goods purchased from Dontronics and delivered via a non-Australian company makes the customer the importer, and as such the customer is making a taxable importation. The purchase may remain GST-free however, under the insubstantial value provisions. Goods of insubstantial value are goods on which customs duty and taxes come to $50 or less, and which have a customs value of:

•    less than $1000 (for goods imported by post); or
•    less than $250 (by other means)

VAT Payments for Residents of Europe:
Unfortunately we cannot sell to residents of the EU because of VAT payments.
All EU sales must be done via Droids SAS direct.
