You are ordering web-downloaded software.  As soon as you receive our automated confirmation email of your order, please send a message to Sales confirming your email address.
 
 

Dontronics staff are able to generate the software registration files for GenerExe EPad.  As soon as we receive an email from you confirming your email address, we will process your order.  Software download details will be emailed back to you and the license file will be attached to this email as a .DLL file.

This software is sent worldwide on a CD from FED in the United Kingdom.  Due to time zone differences it can take up to 2 business days after Dontronics receives your order before your CD is shipped from the United Kingdom.

If you would like to use this softare before your CD arrives from the UK, Dontronics staff are able to generate the keys for FED software.  You will still need the CD as changing PC configuration or re-installing the demo will change the key.

Once you have placed your order, you can send us your Serial Number and we will generate a key for you.  Your Serial Number appears on the registration screen which is brought up whenever any function which is disallowed on the demo version is used.  There is also provision for you to include your Serial Number in the 'Customer Notes' box during the Checkout process.

If you don't send us your Serial Number, we will assume that you're happy to wait for the CD to arrive in the mail.
 

If you're a previous Dontronics customer and have an order history longer than six months, then credit card payment inconjuction with a free email address is acceptable.  Initially, we will need you to remind us of your previous order details but once you Register and log in to the new Dontronics Shopping Cart, this will create a history so in future we can see that you are a customer who has been with us for some time.  The reason we ask for proof of purchase older than 6 months, is because credit card chargebacks (fraudulent orders) can occur up to 6 months after the initial purchase.

Why do we ask that you send an email to confirm your web-downloaded software order?

As email addresses are hand-typed into our order form, it's surprising how often people mis-type their own email address.  We are unable to forward on any software or order details without a correct email address.  If you don't receive an automated confirmation email from Dontronics within minutes of placing your order, then please contact us as we may just have your email address recorded incorrectly, and are unable to complete your order.

By replying to our automated email, we know we have your contact details recorded correctly.

If we need to query or verify your order for any reason, and you don't respond in a reasonable time from the email address you have provided, the order will be cancelled.  We do not wish to hold onto funds indefinitely, waiting for a reply to our queries.

If you have any concerns, please send us an email to confirm your contact address as this may help reduce delays.



How long after ordering before I receive my key?

Due to time zone differences, there may be a delay of a day or two following receipt of your order before you receive your license file from OshonSoft.  Company servers may block emails containing the software license file without the customers knowledge so if more than 2 days have passed since you received confirmation from Dontronics that your order has been forwarded on to OshonSoft, please send us an email and let us know and we will follow this up for you.

Problems with a 'Free' email address
99% of the attempts made to steal goods from us come from people using a free email service in conjunction with credit card payments.  Free email contact addresses are accepted as long as the order is not paid for by credit card.  For methods of payment accepted other than credit card, please see: Payment Methods

I've lost my software registration key.  Can you issue me another key?

We understand that software license files can be lost due to a number of reasons.  When you purchase from us, we advise that you save your Dontronics Registration Number and license file to a CD or floppy.

As this license file is sent directly from the software Author, Dontronics staff are unable to re-issue a new license file should you need a new one.  You will need to contact  OshonSoft directly, although Dontronics staff should be able to locate your original order and Registration number quickly if you are able to provide us with a few helpful details.  These include your name or the company name that the order was originally placed in, an approximate date of the order, your Dontronics Registration Number, and any email exchanges we may have made.  Having these details on hand will help OshonSoft locate your original order details without too much delay.

Can I purchase a CD for the web-downloaded software you offer?

We do not provide copies of our web-downloaded software on CD for purchase.  Selling software by web-download ensures that the latest version is always available and it helps keep our prices to a minimum as we will not have outdated or obsolete software sitting on shelves on CD.  This also by-passes any potential problems with sending goods through Customs which is always a good thing!
