Insurance
Insurance is no longer available for any shipments. There are some countries that we are still unable to send to, please contact us to check if you are unsure.

Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Argentina, Ascension, Bahrain, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Chile, Columbia, Congo, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Kiribati, North Korea, Laos, Libya, Maldives, Mexico, Mozambique, Nepal, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Pitcairn Island, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, all South American countries, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkey, Turks & Caicos Islands, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen.

Basically Africa, South America and the Middle Eastern countries are all in this category. If you are in these regions and are still interested in purchasing perhaps you can have it sent to another country and have someone else send it on for you.
 

Courier and Express Postal Options
EMS Courier and other Express Post or Courier options are not available for these products.

Wherever practicable, all orders sent from the United States are shipped on the next business day after the order is received, otherwise they are shipped on the following business day.
 

Expected Delivery Times
Unfortunately, delivery times for orders shipped from the United States can be quite varied and it is difficult to provide an accurate estimate of expected arrival times.  As a general guide, if you are in the United States delivery may take 2-3 days, Australia 6-10 days, Asia 10-14 days, United Kingdom 10-12 days, South Africa could be 3-5 weeks, and some South American countries could be 6 weeks. Some deliveries to Canada can take 2-3 weeks.

You will be advised by email as soon as your order is processed and has been forwarded to USBMicro in the United States for despatch.
 

Order Status and Tracking Numbers
International Orders: All USBMicro products are sent by standard Air Mail through the postal system, so once an order is posted there is no method of tracking the progress of package and there is no tracking number.
 

GST for Residents of Australia
As these products are manufactured and shipped from the United States, GST is not payable by Australian residents. When you register and log in as an Australian resident the shopping cart will calculate GST for other products if you order them with the USBmicro products. You don't need to place a separate order.
 

Australian Taxation Office Ruling:
Goods purchased from Dontronics and delivered via a non-Australian company makes the customer the importer, and as such the customer is making a taxable importation. The purchase may remain GST-free however, under the insubstantial value provisions. Goods of insubstantial value are goods on which customs duty and taxes come to $50 or less, and which have a customs value of:

•    less than $1000 (for goods imported by post); or
•    less than $250 (by other means)
